Dharma is an ancient Sanskrit word for one’s meaning or purpose in life. In this insightful and introspective workshop, you will be guided on a soul-searching journey of self-awareness. Although Dharma has origins in Hinduism and Buddhism, this is not a religious or spiritual session, it is self-development with a holistic approach.
