ABOUT THE Workshop

Our workshops are designed to spark confidence, curiosity, and connection – all while having fun! We cover serious topics through exciting games, creative challenges, and meaningful conversations.

This workshop is all about helping kids discover what makes them awesome. We guide them to understand their emotions, speak up with confidence, work well with others, and lead in a way that feels true to who they are. It’s about being your best self – and lifting others up along the way.

Through fun and interactive activities, kids will explore:

• Emotional Intelligence – understanding feelings (theirs and others’) and what to do with them
• Growth Mindset – how to bounce back, learn from mistakes, and keep growing
• Leadership Styles – discovering the many ways to lead and make a difference

  They’ll also get the chance to reflect on their unique strengths, values, and how they can use their voice to create positive change in the world around them.

Our workshops are designed and run by Greig Trout, a former CSI and founder of 101 Things To Do When You Survive, and Jaime Thurston BEM, CEO of the 52 Lives charity and author of two books on kindness.
