• Fresh tomato & basil salsa & warm crusty bread
• Olives, in our very own garlic, chilli & honey marinade
• Anchovy (Boquerón) with olive oil and deep fried capers

Choose from:

• Octopus (pulpo) with avocado, olives, mixed salad and citrus dressing
• Grilled halloumi Salad with butternut squash, artichoke, sun-dried tomatoes, with caper and lime dressing
• Home-made serrano and manchego croquettes, serviced a fresh rocket and parmesan salad with red pepper mayonnaise

Choose from:

• Slow roasted sucking pig bake, with mediterranean 'slaw, topped with yoghurt, mint and cucumber, served with crusty garlic bread 
• Filo pastry parcels filled with mushrooms, roasted vegetables, mozzarella, manchego and sun dried tomatoes
• Our guests favourite, Chicken and Chorizo skewers, with a rich tomato, anchovy and caper sauce
• Cod, smoked haddock and prawn fish bake, in a leak and fennel sauce

• Sticky Toffee Pudding with banana, date & nut sauce
• Deep Fried Chocolate served with ice cream
• Traditional home-made Creme Catalan
