Mindset Unlimited is Berkshire's best wellbeing festival that is running on 14th September on Elms Field in the heart of Wokingham.
Sponsored by énergie Fitness Wokingham, the festival is designed to be a fully immersive experience for the whole family, spanning a full day, the festival features six different stages filled with back-to-back classes, talks, and workshops, covering a wide range of practices such as yoga, sound baths, therapy, meditation, mindfulness, ecstatic dance, drama therapy, and lots more culminating in a sound bath super finale and an ecstatic dance event. We even have an entire stage offering a day of wellbeing classes for children and teens!

In addition to the engaging sessions, attendees can explore over 40 stalls offering well-being services, foods, drinks, and crafts, creating a vibrant atmosphere.

We have a number of special guests including The Mayor; X Factor star Danyl Johnson; BBC's Dr Radha; leading mindset coach, Mark Whittle; TV Presenter, Yogi & BACP Integrative Counsellor, Alexandra Legouix will be presenting the Unfiltered stage which will be also filmed by Simon Cowell's 'Lounges.TV'; and so much more!
