Mind&Body Prenatal and Postnatal Pilates

Mind&Body offers small and bespoke Prenatal and Postnatal Pilates classes in the Crowthorne area. These sessions are designed to create a safe space for you to exercise safely and meet like-minded people!

Prenatal and Postnatal Pilates has many benefits for new mothers or mumma's-to-be including aiding your physical and mental health. The classes are designed to strengthen the core muscles which are often weakened during pregnancy, assist with recovery from diastasis recti, strengthen the pelvic floor and restore muscle tone and stability of the abdominal and lower back. This can significantly improve posture, reduce the risk of back pain and other related issues that a new mother or mumma-to-be frequently encounters as they adapt to the demands of pregnancy or caring for an infant.

Mind&Body's classes are designed for you to take well-deserved time for you which is why they are adult-only.

Crowthorne classes are run on a Tuesday evenings at 8pm-9pm.
